Ask your State Representative to Help Cancer Patients in Massachusetts
As a loyal LLS supporter, I know you agree that no patient should have to choose between a life-saving medication and buying groceries to feed their family or paying their rent. Yet that is exactly what is happening as more and more blood cancer patients find that their medications come with extremely high cost-sharing requirements, leaving many of them standing at the pharmacy counter wondering if they should skip taking a potentially life-saving medication, or skip paying the heating bill this month. This protection would make it possible for cancer patients to get the best treatment possible without having to go into debt or sacrifice necessities. It all starts with you raising your voice today.
Please join us in urging your state representative to co-sponsor Budget Amendment #664 filed by Representative Finn to cap out-of-pocket expenses for prescription medications to help bring some financial relief to cancer patients in Massachusetts.
Thanks in advance for your dedication to improving the lives of people living with blood cancer.
